Head Pastor

Since 2002 Discover Church has provided a unique contemporary worship
environment built on creativity and relevance to modern life. Discover
provides a friendly and accepting climate, a gifted worship team, excellent
programs for children and youth, a dynamic women's ministry, small groups,
a faithful prayer ministry, missionary activities, community events, and a
focused leadership team.

The congregation numbers approximately 150, with a strong core of
committed members. Discover has successfully moved through the startup
phase and has a facility in the Desert Ridge area of Phoenix, Arizona.
Discover is a member of Willow Creek and the Nazarene denomination.

Ideal candidates will:

2. provide leadership
3. be an engaging speaker
4. be welcoming and compassionate to people
5. be able to teach, inspire and collaborate
6. have the skills to administrate our staff and programs
